Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MocStack's cloud computing services, including but not limited to virtual machines, bare metal servers, networking infrastructure, and managed services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

"MocStack" refers to Mocbase LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Wyoming, USA.

"Account" means the primary account established by you to access the Services.

"Customer Data" means all data and information uploaded or transmitted by you to the Services.

3. Prohibited Activities & Acceptable Use (IMPORTANT)

To maintain the integrity of our infrastructure and comply with global financial and security standards, you agree NOT to use MocStack Services for the following prohibited activities. Violation of this section will result in immediate account termination without refund:

3.1. Spam & Bulk Mailing

Utilizing VPS or any Services for large-scale unsolicited email distribution (SPAM).

3.2. Crypto Mining

Running any cryptocurrency mining programs or related computational processes that degrade shared hardware performance.

3.3. Intellectual Property Infringement

Hosting, distributing, or linking to copyrighted content without authorization, including pirated movies, music, or cracked software.

3.4. Network Attacks & Illegal Proxy

Engaging in Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, unauthorized network scanning, or the establishment of illegal proxy services for malicious activities.

4. Scope of Service

MocStack provides cloud infrastructure services on a subscription basis. All Services are subject to our Service Level Agreement (SLA), which defines uptime guarantees and credit policies.

5. Account Terms

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Mocbase LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk to our network.

6. Payment Terms

Fees are billed in advance. You authorize MocStack to charge your designated payment method (via Stripe or other processors) for all associated fees. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated in the SLA. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in immediate service suspension.

7. Data Retention & Termination

Upon termination, access to Services will cease. MocStack will retain Customer Data for thirty (30) days as a courtesy, after which it will be permanently deleted. Users are responsible for exporting their data prior to termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOCSTACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THE TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
