Acceptable Use Policy
Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines prohibited activities when using MocStack services. Violations may result in service suspension or termination. This policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
Prohibited Activities
No Malicious Activity
Prohibition of hacking, malware distribution, DDoS attacks, port scanning, and any unauthorized access attempts to network resources.
No Spamming
Strict anti-spam policy for all outgoing mail servers. Bulk email campaigns must comply with CAN-SPAM and GDPR requirements.
No Illegal Content
Full compliance with US federal and local laws regarding hosted material. No copyright infringement, CSAM, or illegal content distribution.
Resource Integrity
Prohibition of activities that degrade network performance for other users. This includes resource exhaustion and abuse of shared infrastructure.

To report suspected violations of this AUP, please contact our security team at [email protected]. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action in accordance with our policies.
Enforcement
MocStack reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice if violations pose an immediate threat to the security or integrity of our network or other customers.
Legal Entity & Jurisdiction
Services are provided by Mocbase LLC, incorporated in the State of Wyoming, USA. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
