Refund Policy

At MocStack (operated by Mocbase LLC), we strive to provide high-quality cloud infrastructure. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued. By using our Services, you agree to this policy.

1. General Non-Refundable Policy

All Services provided by MocStack are billed in advance. Except as expressly stated in this Policy or our Service Level Agreement (SLA), all payments made to MocStack are non-refundable. This includes:

• One-time setup fees (if any).
• Monthly or annual subscription fees for Cloud Compute, Bare Metal, or Managed Services.
• Remaining balances on prepaid accounts.

2. Account Termination for Violations

No refunds will be issued if your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), including but not limited to:

• Engaging in SPAM, Crypto Mining, or DDoS attacks.
• Hosting illegal or copyrighted content.
• Fraudulent payment activity.

Mocbase LLC takes payment security seriously. Unwarranted chargebacks or payment disputes initiated through your bank/Stripe without first contacting our support will result in:

1. Immediate and permanent termination of all Services.
2. Permanent blacklisting of your account and payment details.
3. Reporting to relevant credit agencies and fraud databases.

5. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply under local laws in your jurisdiction. However, as Mocbase LLC is a Wyoming-based entity, these terms are primarily governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
